Adult Driver's Education

14-Hour Pre-Licensing Course & RST

If you are an adult in need of a driver's education class, this is your 1st Stop! This package will prepare you for everyday driving situations so you can safely navigate the roads and streets. You’ll have classroom instruction as well as private driving lessons to teach you the skills in a controlled environment.

This course is required in Louisiana if you are 18 years of age or older and getting your driver’s license for the first time.

6-Hour Classroom Instruction 

Four 2-Hour Behind-the-Wheel Lessons 

Road Skills Test

Registration requirements: 

Students must be over 18 

Acquire a TIP (Temporary Instructional Permit) from the OMV office
